The first edition of the PROvendis publication series "Medizin & Patente" (PDF/40 pages/1.6MB, in german language) answers questions on the subject of "property rights for medical, pharmaceutical and biotechnological inventions".

The practical guideline "Software-Patentierung" (PDF/56 pages/4.1MB, in german language) answers questions regarding patenting computer-implemented inventions. The second edition of the PROvendis publication series provides a simple introduction to and practice-oriented overview of the possibilities and limits of  "software patenting".
