ASTP - The initiative of a multinational group of professionals to meet and share experiences on a regular basis resulted in the establishment of the non-profit Association of European Science and Technology Transfer Professionals. ASTP is practitioners and members focused and is growing rapidly; the association consists of more than 500 members, covering 35 countries. The majority of the members are Technology Transfer Professionals at public knowledge institutions.

CLIB2021 fördert seit 2007 die industrielle Biotechnologie mit dem Ziel vom Clusterkern Nordrhein-Westfalen aus die industrielle Biotechnologie deutschlandweit und international in Industrie, KMU und Akademia wirtschaftlich erfolgreich zu etablieren. CLIB2021 vernetzt die chemische Industrie, junge biotechnologische Unternehmen (KMU) und wissenschaftliche Institute, Abnehmerindustrien sowie Investoren. Zur Stärkung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit beteiligter Unternehmen und akademischer Institute initiiert CLIB2021 zukunftsweisende Forschungs- und Entwicklungsvorhaben; zudem berät und unterstützt CLIB2021 Projekt- und Gründungs-Finanzierung.
